I've spent my career at the intersection of people, technology, and change.
Over my decades in legal technology, I've watched technology transform virtually every aspect of the practice of law. Since 2013, my focus has been helping mid-market law firms and corporate legal departments navigate that transformation — organizations that need sophisticated strategy but often don't have dedicated professionals "with names on their doors."
I serve as a trusted advisor and an extension of my clients' leadership teams — and I'm deliberately technology- and vendor-agnostic. I don't sell software, and I don't accept vendor affiliations that could compromise my independence. My responsibility is to recommend and advocate for what is right for the client.
Successful transformation is rarely just about technology — it's about people. Empathy, communication, consensus-building, and change management are integral to every engagement I lead.
